Why am I creating yet another profile?

We understand that making another profile is not exciting.

Our aim here is to increase our match-matching accuracy and connect you with like-minded members in similar fields of expertise and interest. This is also true when it comes to recommending discussions for you to participate in. For those looking to create and host a discussion, the proposed invite list of aligned and wildcard members also factor in your profile responses.

Review Key Insights on Mindhivee

Discussions are what we call the questions posed by individuals and businesses to the Mindhive community. These are akin to featured articles in magazines — considered thought-provoking pieces that are well worth a read.

Testing new ways to better interact with the discussion is a priority for us. We are reviewing the data and prototyping new workflows and interfaces to make the experience more enjoyable — and we’re always on the lookout for more beta testers.

Step 3: Lend your voice

A community’s strength is measured by the contributions and connections within it.

  1. Join, follow and share discussions.

  2. Create new conversation threads or lend your support to existing comments with a like. Highlight noteworthy points and share them via social media.

About Mindhive

Mindhive is a collective intelligence platform that functions as a collaboration network for individuals and businesses to propose questions at a wider network of expertise to solve more complex strategic, business and policy problems in a more efficient manner than via public engagement or traditional management consulting.

In Mindhive’s absence, anyone faced with a complicated multi-faceted issue would outsource the work to third-party consultants that would best serve the requirements at an agreeable price. This process is hindered by being time-intensive (short-listing appropriate consulting candidates, negotiating terms and specifications) and trusting a comparatively smaller pool of expertise, experience and perspective from which the solution will be drawn.

With access to over nine thousand minds, careers and lifetimes, organisations have surfaced unique insights through robust collective discussions. Those that have found success include:

  • Austrade

  • Deloitte

  • Government of Ontario (Canada)

  • Queensland University of Technology

  • Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman.
