Modern Slavery Policy

Child Labour:

The company will not employ any person under the age of 15, or under the age of 18 if the work is likely to be hazardous or harmful to their health or development. The company will also support efforts to eliminate child labour in the broader community, through partnerships and advocacy.

Responsibility and Accountability:

The company's management team is responsible for ensuring compliance with this policy, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations related to labour practices. All employees and contractors are expected to comply with this policy, and to report any suspected violations or concerns to their supervisor or to the company's ethics hotline. The company will investigate all reports of suspected violations, and will take appropriate corrective action, including disciplinary measures if necessary. The company will also periodically review and update this policy to ensure its continued effectiveness and relevance.
